Haymarket Media, Inc. (Haymarket) reserves the right to publish details of the Entry(ies) in its digital and non-digital publications related to the applicable Awards, including in case studies and related content. 

An Entry(ies) and any supporting documentation will not be considered confidential information unless clearly identified as ‘Confidential’ (as described hereinafter) and Entrant agrees that Haymarket can use the information (or parts of the information) contained in the Entry submitted for the Awards presentation, and/or for the promotion or publicity of the Awards, in any media. 

If certain details in the Entry cannot be viewed by the public and must be kept confidential, the Entrant must label the Entry details with the word ‘CONFIDENTIAL,’ and additionally, clearly mark the specific portions in the Entry that are not to be publicly disclosed. Please do not simply mark the entire Entry “confidential.” 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, please be aware that Haymarket may be required to disclose Entry information to comply with a valid order issued by a court or government agency of competent jurisdiction.

All entries must be submitted by the noted deadline. Late fees may apply to Entries submitted after the noted deadline. No waivers for late fees will be granted. No refunds for entry fees will be granted.
